Approximately 2 minutes after meeting this girl I realized we had 97% of our lives in common. Best friendship wasn't optional after that.

Sarah and I met at the Shine intensive in 2012 and became ridiculously fast friends soon after. A mutual love for all things florally, adventurous, and Starbucks-y, along with a deep desire to pursue Christ, connected us. Between flights all across the country to second shoot for each other, trips just for the heck of it, and surprise birthday visits, God has worked in the most incredible ways to connect our lives in this phase of life where we so need fellowship and depth. I treasure this girls sweet spirit, encouragement, and her never ending well of sarcasm. Her genuine love for Christ stood out to me from the beginning of our friendship and I'm continually grateful for the ways I've grown simply from getting to be in a sliver of her journey.
